Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders.

For COD orders we charge a flat fee of INR 70 for orders of any value.

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Glad I Met You will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.

Glad I Met You is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 3 days of delivery.

Glad I Met You does not ship outside India at the moment.
