Refund policy

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery at Email - help@gladimetyou.com or on Whatsapp at 8899870999 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

Item Damaged

Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery at help@gladimetyou.com or on Whatsapp at 8899870999 with the pictures of the Damaged item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order. For Order Cancellation kindly email us at help@gladimetyou.com
